If you are unhappy with our class on the first day, you may request a refund less any non-recoverable fees incurred on your behalf such as air travel paid by CertTest. To be eligible for refund you simply return our training materials before departing from class.

If you experience any problems in class, CertTest will exercise our best effort to fix the problem or give you the option to reschedule for another class. We may charge or waive the reschedule fee depending on your circumstances.

Depending on the class subject, 97% to 99% of our students pass their certification exam on the first try.

We guarantee our commitment to provide the most effective, job-related skills training available. Certification exams are just 4 hours out of your life while the skills we teach are designed to benefit you during your entire career. We expect you to actively participate in class and follow our simple post-study program. If you don't pass the certification exam within ninety days (90) of completing our class, CertTest will help you by providing:

1. Free evaluation of your exam results by our instructors to design a redemption plan in your weak areas,

2. Personal guidance to help you with specially targeted self-study and follow-up telephone support by our instructors,

3. Open invitation to retake our full class or select days at no extra charge to strengthen your skills. All you pay for is your travel.

To remain eligible for this offer students must contact CertTest within sixty (60) of failing the exam. We care about our Customers and understand events in your life may delay your testing plans. From ninety-one days (91) up to one year, you may retake our course by paying a reduced materials fee, subject to available seating.
