Telemarketing Representative
Full-Time/Part-time: Experienced telephone sales professional needed to bring in new and repeat business though telemarketing. We train managers nationwide for corporations and government agencies with a strong repeat client base. Duties include generating personal referrals by telephone. Prior telephone sales experience is preferred. Experience selling to executives is a definite advantage. Relaxed dress code with casual business attire on most weekdays.
Job Requirements:
Good phone voice. Job requires candidate to work inside our Grapevine TX office near DFW airport. You will be interacting with our instructors on client calls through the day.
Job Duties:
- Initiating the sales process by calling out to businesses, making initial presentations and surveys
- Building rapport with potential accounts and explaining product and service capabilities
- Developing sales techniques to effectively identify and quantify strong, qualified new business opportunities
- Sending out information to potential clients and calling to follow up
- Entering and tracking all leads and contacts
Work hours:
Weekdays, Flex time is allowed. Weekends and major holidays off.

Instructor
Part-time/Contract position leading live seminars using our unique methods and materials. We are all about implementing complete step-by-step workflow and believe just passing the exam is far too low of an objective. Ideal candidate is not affiliated with any competitors offering training in similar subjects.
Job requirements:
Certified in the subject matter. We may entertain helping the right person obtain certification if necessary. Our training methods and exercise format may not be reused outside of CertTest events.
Job Duties:
- Initiating onsite setup for events
- Greeting clients and helping to build raport
- Presenting our visually-based course without powerpoint or slideshows
- Ability to engage attendees using multiple methods of personal interaction
- Lead learning exercises (over 50% of course): instructor explains & shows how to accomplish workflow objective, supervise attendees performing tasks for themselves, provide suggestions, feedback and lead peer-review of results
- Demonstrate alternative methods of accomplishing similar workflow tasks in other situations
- Maintain at least 95% "deserves extra credit" rating on client surveys
- Provide followup support to our attendees
- Active participation in generating sales and closing referrals
- Contribute as associate Author on development of new materials
- Be able to draw the entire step-by-step methodology with parallel and inter-process dependencies from memory
Work Hours:
Monthly travel of 6-8 days with weekend stayover may be required. This is an excellent opportunity for a working consultant to build new leads.
