The term "CertTest Training" and "CertTest" refer to CertTest Training Center, Inc. while the terms "You", "Your", "Entrants", and "Winners" refer to individuals participating in the drawing in good faith by providing true, correct and complete information at time of entry without giving misleading information nor malicious actions nor malicious intent which could potentially subvert the sponsors intention or integrity of the drawing.

1) No purchase is necessary. Entrants must be legal U.S. residents of 18 years age or older with a valid drivers license, military ID, work visa or passport identification at time of entry. Identification is required upon acceptance of prize. Persons employed, contracted or maintaining personal relationships with competing training organizations are not eligible and will be disqualified.

2) To enter you must open and maintain an online member account at CertTest.com, then checkmark box in your member profile to Enter Free Drawing. Only one member account is allowed per living person. No duplication of entries will be accepted. Entries are only accepted online with current valid member account on CertTest.com. Any entry timestamped by our system after midnight U.S. central time on the day before a scheduled drawing is considered late and not eligible until the next drawing date. CertTest Training is not liable for late entries nor any type of errors nor service failures associated with your submission. CertTest Training is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, incomplete, or misspelled entries.

3) You may only enter each drawing one time, your name may be automatically reentered into the next drawing unless you change your preferences by unchecking the box in your online profile. You may opt-out at any time by updating your online CertTest member profile. Closed member accounts are automatically dropped from the drawing as no longer eligible to win. Member accounts may be closed due to perceived violation of current terms of use, misleading information in profile, bounced email messages or sole discretion of management.

4) Winners will be notified exclusively via the email address you maintain in your member profile. It's your sole responsibility to maintain the correct email address and ensure you are able to receive our member updates including winner announcements. Winners are only eligible to receive award of free training or other promotional giveaways one time within the past six months (180 days). Subsequent prizes within the six month (180 day) period will be deemed invalid.

5) Winners will have 60 days from date of drawing to claim their prize of a Free training voucher. Prize claim may be made via U.S. mail, fax or in person. A signed statement of eligibility is required to claim prize. Failure to claim for any reason shall constitute waiver of prize including forfeiture.

6) Free training voucher may be used for new registration to attend any single open-enrollment training course offered on CertTest's regular schedule, excluding SuperHero training or special events. Free training voucher is valid for seminars or online training when registered within of six months (180 days) from date of award. Free training voucher has no cash value, non-transferable and may only be redeemed for training delivered by CertTest Training.

7) Winner is solely responsible for any travel, hotel, rental transportation, work days missed, taxes, and related expenses in attending the seminar. Free airfare promotion is excluded from free training drawing. Winner must pay their own travel costs without aid from CertTest Training. CertTest Training shall not be responsible for delays in scheduling, delivery of courses or course content. Winner remains solely responsible for expenses if the seminar is cancelled for any reason or rescheduled.

8) CertTest Training representatives will supervise the drawing, whose decisions, interpretations and rule modifications if any are necessary will be final.

9) By entering contest, winning, and/or accepting the Free Training voucher the Winner agrees to release CertTest Training Center, their respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, together with respective employees, officials, partners, owners, officers, directors, and agents including advertising and promotional sponsors from any and all liability with respect to prize and delivery of training, and acknowledge that the contest sponsors have neither made nor in any manner are responsible for liable for representation or guarantee relative to training, ability to become or eligibility to be certified in the subject of instruction. Upon the act of entering the drawing, you unconditionally agree that any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to confidential binding arbitration in Irving TX, Dallas County in the state of Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and each party shall bear their own non-recoverable legal expenses.

10) Winner hereby agrees that without further compensation that CertTest Training and any contest sponsors may use his/her name and/or likeness for advertising or promotional purpose.

11) CertTest Training and contest sponsor reserves the right to amend or terminate the Free Training Drawing at any time without notice. You should check this page frequently to stay informed of any changes or rule modifications. Chances of winning have not been calculated and are based on number of unique entries received.
