CertTest Free Tuition Drawing
1) No purchase is necessary. Entrants must be U.S. Residents of 18 years age or older and have a valid drivers license, military, or passport identification at time of entry and upon acceptant of prize. Persons employed or contracted with competing training organizations are not eligible and will be disqualified.
2) Entries will be accepted online via the CertTest.com web site until midnight U.S. Central time the day before the drawing is scheduled to occur.
3) You may only enter each drawing 1 time, your name may be automatically reentered into the next drawing if determined appropriate by the CertTest.com contest manager. Duplicate entries will be deleted. You will be sent an email confirming automatic re-entry to allow you the opportunity to opt-out of the offer should you so desire.
4) Entrants do not have to be present to win. CertTest.com will will be responsible for notifying the Winner via email and posting the winners name on the CertTest.com web site.
5) Winner will have 60 days from date of drawing to claim their prize of a Free Tuition voucher. Prize claim may be made via U.S. mail or in person.
6) Free Tuition voucher may be used for any regularly scheduled open-enrollment training course, excluding NSA training, that is offered by CertTest.com up to $1,900 USD in the United States during the valid time of the voucher. Special consideration may be given if the winner is already participating in an existing CertTest sponsored course and/or prearranged private group course with CertTest Training Center Inc.
7) Free Tuition voucher is valid for a period of six months (180 days) from date of award.
8) Winner is solely responsible for any travel, hotel, rental transportation, work days missed, taxes, and related expenses in attending the CertTest.com class. Free Airfare promotion is excluded from drawing, winner must pay their own travel costs without aid from CertTest Training Center.
9) CertTest.com representatives will supervise the contest drawing, whose decisions, interpretations and rule modifications, if any are necessary will be final.
10) CertTest.com shall not be responsible for delays in scheduling, delivery of courses or course content.
11) By entering , winning, and/or accepting the Free Tuition Giveaway voucher the Winner agrees to release CertTest.com, their respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, together with respective employees, officials, partners, owners, officers, directors, and agents including advertising and promotional sponsors from any and all liability with respect to prize and delivery of training, and acknowledge that the Contest sponsors have neither made nor in any manner are responsible for liable for representation or guarantee relative to training, ability to become or eligibility to be certified in the subject of the classroom instruction. Upon the act of entering, you agree that any disputes arising from this drawing will be subject to confidential binding arbitration in Grapevine Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12) Winner hereby agrees that without further compensation the contest sponsors may use his/her name and/or likeness for advertising or promotional purpose.
13) Contest sponsor reserves the right to amend or terminate the Free Tuition Giveaway program at any time. You should check this page frequently to stay informed of any changes or rule modifications.
14) Free Training Tuition voucher has no cash value, and may only be redeemed for training programs sponsored by CertTest.com.
15) Not responsible for lost, damaged, incomplete, or misspelled entries.
16) Chances of winning have not been calculated and are based on number of unique entries recieved. No duplication of entries will be accepted.
